Beyond templates: e-commerce with personality.
Running an online store is deeply personal - your branding, your products, your vibe. But most e-commerce platforms force shops to look like everyone else’s.
At Textalk, I helped clients break that mold. From tweaking navigation to building custom components, my role was to turn their vision into a store that felt uniquely theirs, without requiring a doctorate in web development.
Every project started with listening. Clients had big ideas and practical needs. I translated those into realistic specs, balancing dreams with what the platform could handle.
Designing custom components meant coding with training wheels: easy and not overwheling, so clients could tweak colors or swap by themselves.
Every store worked flawlessly on mobile, because that’s where majority of their customers shopped. I would test layouts on my cracked iPhone 8 (RIP) to ensure everything stayed usable on small screens.
